Earlier today Apple released iOS 11.4.1 to iOS users and it is currently available for download via OTA by going to Settings--->General--->Software update. iOS 11.4.1 comes with number of bugs fixes and improvements to Find My AirPods and syncing of mail, contacts, and notes with Exchange accounts.
Alongside iPhones and iPads, Apple also released an update to bump the HomePod software version to 11.4.1. The official change-log from Apple points to the release including “general improvements for stability and quality.” If you own a HomePod, it will automatically update itself to the latest software release without any user intervention. However, if you want the update right away, you can use the Home app on your iPhone to do so.
