Benchmarks show iPhone X Is "Still Faster" than Samsung Galaxy Note 9

A few hours ago we reported to you that Samsung unveiled its new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which comes with handful features and performances like 6GB RAM,4000MAH battery and more..  But it looks like Samsung may have been getting a bit ahead of itself, as early benchmarks of the newest phablet smartphone from Samsung reveals it’s being outperformed by the Apple iPhone X — and even the OnePlus 6, in some instances.

Benchmarks show iPhone X Is "Still Faster" than Samsung Galaxy Note 9

With the Geekbench 4 test, the iPhone X came out on top in a big way, racking up a score of 10,357. In second place in these tests? The OnePlus 6 with a score of 9,088. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 9 managed a score of 8,876. It’s not all doom-and-gloom for the Galaxy Note 9, though, as it easily outperformed the Galaxy Note 8 (which means an upgrade from that handset might be worthwhile for some owners), and it outperformed the Google Pixel 2 XL. Both of those handsets are running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, though, which was Qualcomm’s flagship processor in 2017, so that’s not too surprising.

There is a test called the Slingshot Extreme, which is billed as “one of the most demanding graphics test in 3DMark’s mobile arsenal”, and in that case the OnePlus 6 actually came out on top, earning a score of 5,124. The iPhone X managed a score of 1,994, and the Galaxy Note 9 managed 4,639.
“Slingshot Extreme is the most demanding graphics test in 3DMark’s mobile arsenal, and the Note 9 fared pretty well, but it’s outperformed by both the iPhone X and OnePlus 6.
The Galaxy Note 9 scored 4,639, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S9+ (4,634) and ahead of the LG G7 (4,201). However, the OnePlus 6 with 8GB of RAM smoked the Note 9 with a score of 5,124; the iPhone X (4,994) also fared better.”
Are you getting the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or not ?
