Electra team has just pushed out a new update for Electra Jailbreak with initial support for the Sileo package installer and a bevy of bug fixes and performance improvements, but the team is still fine-tuning the iOS 11-centric jailbreak tool as we speak.
According to a recent tweet, Electra updated to fix an issue with jailbreaking on iOS 11.0 - 1.2.1.
From what we can gather, this particular file was already present in the build of Electra made explicitly for iOS 11.2-11.4 beta 3, so an update for that tool was unnecessary. This is why the update (version 1.1.0-2) is only available for the build of Electra made for iOS 11.0-11.1.2.
